As companion lovers ARK knows the many questions an owner has when placing their beloved
companion in the care of another.   To ease these concerns ARK follows a 7 Steps to Peace of
Mind Process

Completion of the ARK Cremation Agreement, which contains information about you and your
companion, services selected and pick-up detail. Unlike others, once your companion is in ARK
hands, your companion stays in ARK hands through the entire process.  

At pick-up, ARK will gently secure a numbered, stainless steel cremation tag (ID tag) to your
companion, which will follow your companion through the ARK process.  This ID tag number is
added to the ARK Cremation Agreement.

Upon arrival at ARK facility, ARK will carefully digitally photograph both ID tag and a small
portion of your beloved companion, for visual recognition purposes only, should you need this
added piece of mind.

ARK provides ONLY Private (one companion in the cremation chamber per cremation)
Companion Cremation of beloved companions, by ARK staff, at our ARK facility - ARK
Certified.  This is the highest level of commitment and service to you and your companion,
providing added peace of mind.

Your companion's cremains, plus ID tag will be placed in a complimentary urn marked with a
engraved nameplate.

Completion of the ARK Certified Cremation Certificate.  Certificate will include your companion's
name, your name, date of death, date of cremation and ID tag number.

Your beloved companion's cremains are returned to you, per your specific wishes, within 5
business days.
